Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Our Dual Structure

Nova Tech operates through two primary divisions:

• Nova Tech Agency: Provides digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, Amazon brand growth, business formation and LLC services, graphic design and branding, web development, and custom AI solutions.
• Nova Tech Academy: Provides digital skills training, live sessions, cohort-based programs, demonstrations, and initiatives such as the Rise Scholarship.

Because these services involve different types of information, we keep agency client data and academy student data separate and handle each according to its specific purpose.

2. Information We Collect

A. Agency Clients: When you use our agency services, we may collect name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company information, business registration details, temporary or delegated access to platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, Amazon Seller Central, CMS platforms, domain registrars, hosting), and billing/transaction records. We do not intentionally store raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our own servers.

B. Academy Applicants and Students: Full name, contact info, location, educational background, employment status, enrollment records, attendance, assignment submissions, and documents required for identity or scholarship verification (such as CNIC copy or community verification documents).

C. Website and AI Interactions: IP address, browser/device info, referral URLs, page activity, cookies, and chat transcripts when interacting with our AI website agents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for legitimate business, operational, educational, and service-related purposes, including delivering agency services, processing enrollments and scholarship reviews, communicating schedules, protecting systems against fraud, and refining our AI tools.

4. Our Privacy Commitments

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal, student, or business information to data brokers or advertisers.
• Scholarship & Identity Document Privacy: CNIC copies and community documents are reviewed only by authorized admissions personnel and are never published or used for marketing. Once verification is complete, non-required documents are securely deleted.
• Protection of Client Accounts: Delegated platform access is used strictly for agreed services and surrendered upon request.
• Student Financial Privacy: Payment arrangements and installment details are kept strictly confidential.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share information only when reasonably necessary to provide services via trusted providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, CRM, WhatsApp Business, analytics). We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Security and Retention

We enforce reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption, restricted access) and retain data only for as long as needed for operational, legal, or accounting requirements.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or revoke delegated access to your advertising and hosting platforms at any time.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and site tools to understand traffic and improve functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
